Industrial parties

In the transition to Industry 4.0, we offer our partners effective automation and data analysis solutions, facilitated by cloud-based systems to enhance energy efficiency and industry innovation.

Our automation, building management, and manufacturing supervision systems, along with data processing and analytics, support our partners in transitioning to Industry 4.0. This includes predictions related to both energy prices and immediate energy demands. By applying these capabilities, we can launch and maintain a controlled, optimized system aligned with user-defined priorities. This system not only addresses industry-specific problems but also ushers in an era of global energy production and consumption reform. In the industry, some processes inevitably require human intervention. This must be revolutionized as it represents a potential source of error and can slow down processes. Eliminating human intervention is necessary not just for the natural progression of operations but also for optimal energy use. The production of a product is influenced by the immediate availability and cost of energy. To closely regulate previously unrelated factors, we must establish a new structure. Partly, this new structure underpins the efficiency of our solutions, as they no longer communicate directly with each other, but freely through a shared cloud.   Keeping pace with rapid development affects industrial sectors as entities must not fall behind their competitors. Our complex solutions include long-term planning because they are highly customizable and technology-driven. Increasing environmental regulations and annually tightening laws pose continuous challenges for us. We often perceive these regulations negatively as they can increase costs, limit proven methods, and require companies to continuously monitor new laws and adapt to them. Ener-Aid's solutions can replace ineffective or increasingly less effective industrial applications and habits even before new laws take effect.

Institutions

Optimising energy use, implementing energy management and energy communities can reduce the increased costs of energy contracts, improve energy efficiency and address the challenges of the future.

Institutions with market-based energy contracts have seen their maintenance costs increase up to fifteen times in a short period, which was financially unforeseeable and continues to pose significant challenges to many players. Optimizing energy usage offers a solution that can significantly reduce energy consumption. A smart energy management system not only reduces the amount of energy used but can also schedule the operation of major consumers (heating - cooling) during periods when the network has a surplus, and energy is cheaper. For energy service providers, a favourable, accurate energy procurement scheduling and consumption agreed with the service provider can lead to significant discounts. A prominent opportunity is to join energy communities, allowing members within the community to rent out contracted but unused energy contingents to each other, or to rent more in case of temporarily higher energy needs. It also allows for the sale of locally generated (e.g., household-sized small power plants) but unused electricity to another participant within the energy community at individual or market rates.  Energy communities can trade contracted power and generated energy among themselves, thus transforming the entire country into a dynamically optimized, smart energy-using network.  Our complex solutions can handle accurate accounting, control of our equipment according to user-inputted prioritization criteria, renting out and leasing unused contracted energy, and solving any other problems that may arise in the future. We are capable of establishing community energy regulations, enforcing compliance, and operating according to these regulations. We offer our clients an automated billing and internal accounting system.  In addition to energy efficiency and optimization, our other solutions include data management, serving the current era’s increased volume of data, processing, managing and meeting emerging needs with a high standard of service, automating workflows, and easing the work of end-users.

Property managers

We use AI-based systems to help property managers increase energy efficiency, reduce costs and operate sustainably. Along the path of optimal operation, we integrate various measuring devices and monitor energy prices.

For property managers, it's crucial to efficiently manage the energy usage and consumption of the buildings they operate in order to reduce costs, optimize performance, and contribute to sustainability. This involves collecting data through smart meters and intelligent controllers in buildings to analyze energy consumption habits and costs, thereby identifying potential savings opportunities. These can include more efficient lighting, the introduction of heating/cooling systems, the procurement of energy-efficient equipment, or mechanical and architectural renovations (such as insulation upgrades and window replacements). Another important aspect is the exploitation of renewable energy sources like solar or wind energy, which may include installing solar panels or implementing district heating systems powered by renewable sources. Equally important is optimizing maintenance costs, monitoring and analyzing the equipment and systems related to energy usage, and implementing predictive maintenance based on measured data rather than routine, which can result in significant cost savings. Ener-Aid's systems offer comprehensive, acting-capable solutions for property managers. We can integrate almost any communicative field device into our system. Through continuous AI-based data analysis and monitoring of market energy price trends, we can optimally determine and operate energy-consuming, generator, and energy storage equipment, as well as manage equipment in operation.

Public utility operators

We offer solutions for the challenges of increasing energy demand and optimizing energy use. By improving network load and energy production with smart meters, we promote more efficient energy use.

One of the most significant challenges for energy operators in the utility market is to serve the ever-increasing energy demand without outages, reliably and continuously, and to maintain, expand, upgrade and improve the transmission networks serving them. We offer solutions to these challenges, not only directly at the point of energy generation, but throughout the entire process, right down to the energy management of the end user and optimising for the instantaneous energy flow. The solution to meet the ever increasing demand is not to expand indefinitely, but to restructure and optimise the use of our existing resources. End-users need to undergo energy modernisation processes in order to make more efficient use of different energy types. By deploying and using smart meters across the country and collecting and analysing data, it becomes possible to accurately supervise and monitor energy consumption, current energy intake and various parameters of the network as required. In this way, energy production can be optimised, the load on the transmission network can be reduced, the decentralised network and the generating equipment can be centrally controlled, so the necessary control points can be identified. Through data-driven decision making and predictive analytics, operational efficiency can be significantly increased and fluctuating energy demand can be smoothed, bringing us closer to a homogeneous grid. For other utility networks and utility installations that do not directly supply users with energy carriers, industrial advances, automation, process control, maintenance management and predictive maintenance are essential. in order to make steps toward reaching industry 4.0. We can significantly reduce the amount of contracted energy, better understand and optimise processes through metering and data collection, and control the major energy consuming devices with artificial intelligence to serve the required technology without changing the capacity of the plants, and even integrate future expansions into the on-site system.
